Here are examples of 13 ft. advertising blimps, one plain and one with artwork. This customer called and emailed their artwork file to us, and we sized the artwork to fit a maximum viewable area on the blimp's two sides. A typical turn-around time for a blimp with artwork is a week, and less when we're not busy.  Plain blimps are usually in stock and can ship the same day.
